All our jewellery is made of stainless steel / 925 Sterling Silver and are plated with 18k / 14 k gold .

Our jewellery is waterproof, hypoallergenic, and anti-tarnish. It is possible as we do a special plating called PVD which makes the jewellery long lasting.

So now you can be carefree with BIJA waterproof jewellery.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, and all sales are considered final. We encourage thorough order reviews before making a purchase decision.

Refund or replacements are issued in the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect item received

2. Product defective on arrival

3. Parcel damaged during transit

In cases of an incorrect or defective order or damage during transit, customers must provide a complete uncut unboxing video within 24-48 hours of delivery, with all labels visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and aids accurate issue assessment.

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, provided such products are available in stock with us. 

We use Delhivery as our third party shipment service provider, that takes around a period of 3 to 4 working days for delivering the orders in all parts of India, except Northern India, where the delivery could take 5 to 8 working days.
