Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

If a customer changes their mind, BIJA does not offer a refund or return policy.

Only in the event that the product is defective or was received in error by us will we accept returns or exchanges. Please inform us at support@BIJA.in if the product is damaged during shipping.

Email subject line should be "Order number: Damaged/Faulty product."

 

Please send us a video of the goods being unboxed within no more than 24 hours after delivery.

 

We will start a return delivery from our end following the analysis. Please ship the item in the same package that it came in. The merchandise will be exchanged within eight to ten business days.


We offer a seven-day warranty for any issues pertaining to damage, gem dropping out, or discolouration once you receive the product. To ensure that the procedure runs successfully, kindly report to us via the email we mentioned within the allotted time frame and with the necessary proofs.

 

Jewellery care: Avoid using harsh soap, perfume or any other chemical product to clean the jewellery.

Note: Please make sure to record a thorough unboxing video that includes the bill and label. We won't take any action if you don't make one or notify us of it within 24 hours.
